Editorial Coverage
Working with the shoot schedule we create with you, we cover your events with a photo-journalistic eye. Whether the end usage is for a marketing piece or for social media, each image will convey the energy, excitment and content of your event.
For The Fun of It
If you are having a party, banquet or reception – or you simply want to treat your attendees to a fun, give-away souvenir, let the Photo Group set up a photo opportunity station for you. It can be a staged set, or our popular "green screen" using any background you like. In addition to all professional equipment needed, we'll arrive with our portable dye-sub printer to provide 4"x6" or 5"x7" prints right there on site.
Portraiture
The Photo Group can provide professional head shots and portraiture on site at your event. We will scout locations should you want environmental portraiture, or we will set up a "studio" at your location for a more formal image. In any case, we will arrive with the appropriate equipment, lighting and backdrop to project the style image you desire, and provice the highest studio-quality portrait for you.
Product Photography
The Photo Group will set up a studio at your location to photograph products featured at your event. You'll be assigned a photographer with extensive experience in still life photography. Our studio will have all the lighting and equipment necessary for a truly professional product shoot. We are happy to work with your art directors and graphic designers to deliver exactly the images they need to illustrate their concepts.
Architechtural Photography
If you need a record of how your event or exhbibit was set up and decorated we'll set aside time in schedule to comprehensively capture your look and feel. The photographer responsible for this assignment will be experienced in photographing rooms, buildings and structures. Even if these shots are only used for documentation, they will be composed and shot as though they were intended for use in a portfolio.
Videography
Choose the format that best suits your needs, and we'll take it from there: Theater professionals, narrative tours through your products and demo areas, "B roll" activity around your exhibit, on and off location meetings and seminars – whatever your imagination and need suggest. Our editorial team works closely with you online, or we can deliver raw, unedited footage, whichever you choose.
