We are a team of professionials all working toward the goal of providing you with images that will tell your client's story and be used in many ways, from marketing materials to social media. Our photography team is composed of individuals each of whom has no fewer than 20 years experieince, and most of whom have been working with us since we begain in 1989.
Along with extensive experience in the trade show and convention arena, each photographer brings to the talbe his or her own experience in advertising, architectural and photo-journalistic photography. The breadth of our team's collective experience adds a specific sensibilitly and dimension to each image and is what sets us apart from other tradeshow photography services.
What We Do
We view each photography project as a production and treat it as such. Our team will begin working with yours to develop shot lists and schedules and to determine your specific needs regarding end usage. The photographers assigned to your event will be chosen based on their skill sets and specific areas of expertise.
Our photographers are consumate professionals: Easy to work with and responsive to your changing needs. They use only state-of-the-art equipment: Nikon and/or Canon cameras, lenses and flash units. Our post-production studio uses the latest versions of Adobe Photoshop and Camera Raw. We are dedicated to providing you the best that digital photography has to offer.
How We Do It
Our online image delivery system is not only unique, but very easy to use. Set up as a data asset management system, the security of your images is ensured not only through access codes that only you know, but through storage and backup on our own dedicated servers.
Our image delivery system allows the user to download images for both print and web use, thus eliminiating the need for resizing on your end. Our high-resolution downloads are "out of camera" size, allowing maximum flexibility in usage.
We can customize your site to allow you control who sees what by creating different access codes for use by different groups within or outside your organiziation. For example, we can create a gallery of images for your attendees' use, which can include images from specific events at your conference.
Typically, your site is organized according the shoot schedule developed by your team, and allows you quick access to all the images from your event.
